Client description:

One of our most loyal clients, Herbagen has been a part of Romania’s dermo-cosmetic market for nearly 30 years. With a portfolio of over 180 products, the brand creates formulas based on safe, naturally derived ingredients designed for skin, hair, and complexion care.

Challenge:

As the brand has evolved (both online and on social media), the community has grown, and with it, traffic to the online store. This created a need for an update to the Herbagen.ro website and to the way the brand builds customer loyalty.

INBOUND MARKETING

The secret to a successful business lies in building customer loyalty. As a result, starting in 2019, we implemented an inbound marketing strategy for Herbagen. The strategy involves over 20 different types of emails, tailored and sent based on each user’s individual online behavior.

CONTENT, DESIGN, AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Website: The new website brought a fresh approach to the brand and aimed to create a comfortable experience for users (especially on mobile, the primary method of accessing the site). We created a simple, clean, and airy design that best showcases the products and their descriptions.

For each of the main categories, we created introductory content highlighting the benefits of each product line, and for the “About Us” page, we developed content that tells the Herbagen story and explains what makes the brand relevant to target.
